Yes. The The legal drinking age in Alabama for consumption of an alcoholic beverage is 21. If anyone in the party looks under the age of 40, we will ask for proper identification to verify age. NO EXCEPTIONS
Unfortunately, we do not provide alcoholic beverages. We do assist our clients with free phone and email consultations and we supply all our clients with a personalized shopping list for their bar setup based upon the number of expected guests.
All rates are priced for a 4-hour event max. We typically arrive to set up 90 minutes prior to the start of the event. During that time the bartender is setting up the bar area to ensure efficient service of your guests during your event. The time for set-up and breakdown is complimentary to the client.
Please be mindful that any additional time needed past the contracted 4 hour serve time may incur additional charges.
We provide a professional staff that will be dressed neat and proper for your event. Our staff wear standard service industry uniforms consisting of a black button down or polo shirt with black slacks. If you have any specific uniform requirements let us know and we will plan accordingly.
Pour Crazy bartenders carry and use their own bar tools. Supplies consist of shaker glasses, bottle openers, pourers, bar mats, etc.
Pour Crazy does not carry an alcohol liquor license to sell alcohol at this time. The client must secure all permits required for the event. We do not own or sell alcoholic beverages. We provide one-stop shopping list for our client to assist with all beverage needs to include: Alcohol variety and quantity recommendations based on guest size.
You need to provide and are responsible for any alcohol that will be consumed by your guests such as beer, wine, and liquor. Mixers, fruit garnishes, ice & cups are now offered with our all-inclusive packages. Please call for more info.
Per industry standard, we recommend 1 bartender for every 50 guests based upon the types of drinks you plan to serve. If you are only serving canned beer and wine, we will staff 1 bartender for 75 guests.
Gratuity is not included in the cost of your event, unless otherwise discussed. The service industry relies heavily on tips. In cases where a tip jar is not appropriate or allowed, the host is responsible for the gratuity. The amount of gratuity is at the host’s discretion with $2-$3 per guest as a guideline.
Yes, in fact, many events we services for are held in a person's home or on their private property.
We accept cash, check, and credit or debit (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover) payments. Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, Paypal, are available as well. Personal Checks are acceptable when paying your deposit; however, your final payment must be paid for with certified funds in the form of a cashier's check.
We have a strict No Shot policy at all public and private venues we service. All beverages must at the minimum be served over ice.
